What You'll Do
Pre-Sales:
- Reach out to influencers, creators, and brands via calls, DMs, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client needs and pitch Triple F Media's services confidently
- Generate and qualify leads through social media and digital platforms
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in sheets/CRM
Post-Sales:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of influencers and brand partners
- Act as the main point of contact for queries and support
- Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Collect feedback and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Comfortable with calls, chats, and social media outreach
- Organized with sheets, follow-ups, and daily reporting
- Energetic, confident, and goal-driven mindset
- Interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and branding is a big plus
