Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, your core responsibility will be to drive bookings for Tribe's properties. You'll interact with prospective customers-students, parents, and professionals-understand their needs, provide tours, follow up on inquiries, and close leads to meet occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and offline channels.
  • Conduct property tours and clearly communicate Tribe's offerings and USPs.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Work closely with marketing and community teams to run campaigns and offers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads using CRM tools and daily reporting.
  • Handle documentation, agreement formalities, and pre-arrival coordination.
  • Support in organizing open houses, tie-ups with colleges, and sales activations.
  • Assist in driving monthly occupancy and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or co-living.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead tracking systems.
  • Ability to work weekends or flexible hours during peak sales seasons.
