Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships with educators and researchers, and promoting TIBR's services and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales goals, preparing and delivering presentations to customers, and maintaining records of sales activities. Regular communication with clients and collaboration with teams to meet organizational goals will be required.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on customer service
  • Knowledge of life sciences, biotechnology, or related fields, with a passion for advancing scientific education and research
  • Experience in managing sales processes, preparing proposals, and presenting to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and maintaining organized documentation
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferable
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related roles within the educational or biotech sector is advantageous
