Role Description

The Sales and Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Key day-to-day tasks include generating leads, presenting and promoting products or solutions, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to recommend new opportunities. Collaboration with team members and ensuring customer satisfaction will be crucial aspects of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Trivandrum.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Business Development, Negotiation, and Market Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge in Technology Solutions (AI, Chatbots, Messaging APIs) is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in technology sales or business development is advantageous
