Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to handle client enquiries, convert leads into successful projects, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an understanding of interior services, and the ability to guide clients through the sales journey from enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads, walk-in enquiries, and online sales inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions.
• Explain company services, pricing, and project execution process to clients.
• Coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth handover post-sales.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals within timelines.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client follow-up data.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in interior design sales is a must.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of interior design services, materials, and project flow.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
