Job Description

Job Overview:

Here is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic Customer Success team. The ideal candidate should excel at communication, pitching services, converting leads into clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. A solid understanding of consultative selling and the ability to clearly communicate service values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Clearly understand & explain the various offerings of the course, benefits, and pricing
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs
  • Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with prospects
  • Handle objections effectively and convert leads into enrollments
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the system
  • Meet set monthly targets for conversions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience of 1+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a target-driven mindset.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates patience while engaging with learners
  • Exposure to CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages like tamil, hindi, telugu or Malayalam are a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
