Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven
Junior Sales Executive with experience as a
Medical Representative or in a similar field for sales role. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers, promoting company products, and achieving assigned sales targets through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Promote and demonstrate company products and solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable.
