Role Description The International Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, focused on expanding MantraCare's global customer base across employers, insurers, and healthcare organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying international prospects, conducting sales presentations and product demos, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to market needs. The International Sales Executive will also handle account management activities, respond to customer inquiries, and represent MantraCare at relevant events and meetings to drive international growth.
Qualifications
- Strong International Sales and International Business skills for managing cross-border deals and global markets.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex B2B opportunities.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to build trust, retain clients, and grow existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with comfort engaging senior decision-makers.
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a focus on measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required and work with diverse cultures and time zones.
