Role Description The Senior Assistant Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of pneumatic components and automation solutions, primarily supporting customers in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune, while being based on-site in Noida. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, preparing and presenting product proposals, and coordinating with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and post-sales support. The role involves conducting market research, visiting customer sites when required, providing basic technical guidance on product selection, and maintaining accurate sales reports and documentation. This is a full-time role that requires close collaboration with the sales leadership team to meet revenue targets and support the growth of AirTAC A-Tech Pneumatics in key regional markets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, pneumatics, or related engineering products, with the ability to understand technical specifications.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, with clear written and verbal skills in English and local languages as applicable.
- Experience in field sales or on-site customer interaction, including regular travel to client locations across major cities.
- Ability to use CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting systems for sales tracking and planning.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline; a commerce or business degree with relevant technical sales experience is also considered.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, packaging, electronics, or industrial supplies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions and work on-site in Noida as per business requirements.
