Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key tasks will include pitching and presenting The Earth Kraft's product offerings, negotiating contracts, and providing customer-focused solutions. Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction is also a crucial part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Familiarity with the facade, exterior cladding, or construction materials industry is a plus
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in CRM tools and basic understanding of sales analytics
