Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve installation targets across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services.
  • Acquire new accounts and drive cross-selling of multi-product lines to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel with maturity tracking for all Lines of Business.
  • Track competition activities and plan strategic sales interventions.
  • Ensure Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients across Data, Voice, and Broadband services.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, aligning with revenue objectives.
  • Ensure timely solution delivery aligned to customer needs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential.
