About the Role

Join The Batraa Numerology, one of India's growing numerology consulting firms, and get the opportunity to work with a renowned celebrity numerologist while helping clients discover powerful numerological insights that can positively impact their lives.

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive who can manage leads, build client relationships, and drive sales through effective tele-sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle tele-sales calls and client interactions with potential customers
  • Manage inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1+ year experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus
  • Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR (no relocation cases)
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule

Monday Friday: Work from Office

Saturday: Work from Home
