Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Company: MantraCare

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM (Work from Office)

Additional 4 hours Work From Home to complete outreach, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Total Shift Duration: 9 hours per day (including breaks).

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to international companies, introducing them to MantraCare's corporate wellness solutions, and generating new business opportunities.

You will play an important role in expanding our global corporate partnerships by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential international clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Introduce and explain MantraCare's corporate wellness and healthcare services to companies.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team.

Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable wellness programs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

03 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with international clients.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
