Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves generating leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Role Tasks:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services and understand their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure timely order closure.
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the internal team (operations, finance, delivery) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, activities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and promotional activities as required.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university (full-time program)

Experience

  • 23 years of experience in sales .
  • Prior experience in retail, corporate sales, B2B sales, field sales, or inside sales is an added advantage.
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., construction, trading, MEP, etc.) preferred.
