Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Contacting and following up with new prospective clients and creating new business opportunities.

Convert prospects into customers by showcasing suitable residential properties matching investment or residential

requirements.

Plan effective sales approaches and pitches.

Handle end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties using company-provided data and marketing leads.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Cold calling for primary property sales when required.

Achieve assigned sales targets as defined by the organization.

Attend developer meetings and channel partner orientations as required.

Participate in negotiation meetings with buyers and sellers.

Requirements & Skills

3 5 years of experience in the real estate sales field.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations (preferred).

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language is an advantage.

Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.

High energy level with aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

Graduate from any discipline is preferred with relevant real estate sales experience.
