Hiring for Sales Executive
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Hyderabad (Chandanagar)
Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Pitch products/services to prospective customers and explain features, benefits, and pricing
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve objections
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
