Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Patna. The Sales Executive will focus on driving customer acquisition and building strong relationships with educators and coaching institutes. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, following up on inquiries, closing sales, and contributing to revenue growth. The role also involves maintaining an understanding of Teach Mania's products and providing exceptional customer support to address client needs.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Client Relationship Management: Proven skills in lead generation, client outreach, and building strong professional relationships.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct effective product demonstrations.
  • Market Understanding: Knowledge of the edtech industry, understanding client needs, and adapting solutions to meet their demands.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads and deliver on targets effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented and Proactive: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Business Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
