Overview:
Synergy Bonding Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our premium wood furniture and high-performance adhesive products. This is a field-intensive role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and market development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Visit customers regularly for field sales, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Market and sell branded adhesive products such as Polygum and Ombond, along with
- our range of quality wood furniture.
- Build, manage, and maintain your own customer portfolio and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and
- product demand.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and customer interactions.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer
- satisfaction.
- Follow all company rules, regulations, reporting structures, and professional standards.
- Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales/field marketing (experience in adhesives, hardware, furniture, or the construction industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic understanding of sales documentation, CRM, and follow-up discipline.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
