The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client interactions, and maintaining positive relationships with electricians, architects, and dealers. This is a hands-on fieldwork role requiring proactive engagement and effective communication with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets. The role demands high adaptability, a strong commitment to follow-ups, and the ability to manage leads from start to closure.

Manage and follow up on existing leads, ensuring continuous engagement and converting AD inquiries into successful leads.➢ Electrician Onboarding:
Identify and onboard new electricians, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing ones.➢ Dealer Relationship Management:
Foster strong, beneficial relationships with dealers, ensuring their expectations are met.➢ Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Handle ongoing leads with a focus on closing deals effectively and efficiently.➢ CRM Updates:
Ensure daily updates to the CRM database to track progress and manage workflows.➢ Conflict Reporting:
Report any conflicts or issues to superiors for timely resolution.➢ Reporting:
Share the daily planner with the manager, discuss upcoming tasks, and complete the assigned tasks.➢ Material Dispatch:
