Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Delhi, is for a Sales Executive responsible for driving business growth by identifying and engaging new clients, building strong relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, providing product or service consultations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and creating detailed reports on sales performance. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the internal team to develop strategies that align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, including business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software, and the ability to create and analyze detailed sales reports.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a result-oriented mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve targets.
  • Experience in creating client-focused solutions and a proven track record of successfully closing deals is a plus.
