Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying potential real estate sales leads, conducting site visits, and providing clients with in-depth property information. Other key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding sales targets, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on real estate market trends to provide informed recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and property regulations
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and properties effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the New Delhi region for on-site client meetings and property visits
