Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, the Sales Executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for engaging customers effectively
  • Strong Analytical, Market Research, and Strategic Thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of industrial tools, automation solutions, or packaging systems (preferred)
  • Goal-driven with proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B sales or a similar role is highly beneficial
