Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting premium lighting products. They will engage in client communication, deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer relationship management skills to enhance client interactions
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and identifying sales opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment
  • Familiarity with premium lighting products or the home decor sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in sales management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
