Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Relationship Manager. The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, assist them in understanding their real estate needs, and guide them through the property acquisition or investment process. The Relationship Manager will also focus on identifying key opportunities, providing expert advice, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with client relationship management and customer service
  • Proven expertise in real estate, sales, or consulting-related fields
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored property solutions
  • Proficiency in negotiation, closing deals, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is advantageous
