The Role

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and coordinating with potential customers to schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project details
• Coordinate and schedule site visits for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM/Excel

Requirements

• 0.6 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or pre-sales (real estate experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Basic understanding of real estate products (plots/flats/commercial)
• Confident, polite, and strong persuasion skills
• Familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software is an added advantage
