Role Description

The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The person in this role will engage with prospective students and families, understand their educational and career goals, and present Spark Point Abroad's services in a clear, compelling manner. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations and follow-up calls, giving in-person presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The Sales Executive will collaborate with counseling and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support conversion from inquiries to enrollments, and participate in local events or seminars to build brand awareness. This position involves meeting defined sales targets, providing regular reporting, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and student experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain complex information clearly to students and families.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or overseas consulting.
  • Ability to manage leads and follow-ups systematically, including basic proficiency with CRM tools or similar tracking systems.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to work with targets, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation.
  • Comfort presenting in-person, conducting one-on-one consultations, and speaking to small groups or seminar audiences.
  • Good understanding of or strong interest in international education and career pathways; familiarity with Germany's education or vocational systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in business, marketing, or education-related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving student and market needs.
