Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The person in this role will engage with prospective students and families, understand their educational and career goals, and present Spark Point Abroad's services in a clear, compelling manner. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations and follow-up calls, giving in-person presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The Sales Executive will collaborate with counseling and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support conversion from inquiries to enrollments, and participate in local events or seminars to build brand awareness. This position involves meeting defined sales targets, providing regular reporting, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and student experience.
