Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through site visits, calls, and online campaigns
  • Conduct property tours and explain project details to potential buyers
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, legal documents, and project timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
