Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Telecalling Sales & Lead Generation Executive. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers, introducing IPCE's products and solutions, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The executive will conduct basic market research to identify potential clients, maintain and update lead databases, and follow up systematically to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Daily tasks include explaining product features, handling initial queries, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and providing accurate reports on call outcomes and lead status. The role also requires maintaining professional communication standards and contributing to a positive customer experience in every interaction.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, consultants, contractors, builders, industries, and project owners.
  • Introduce the company and present our products/services professionally.
  • Pitch products such as HT/LT Panels, RMU, CSS, Transformers, Busbar Trunking, Cable Trays, Electrical EPC / Turnkey Solutions, and related electrical products.
  • Identify customer requirements, upcoming projects, and purchase needs.
  • Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, authority, and timeline.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, database calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits for senior management / sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture leads.
  • Update CRM / sales records with call status, lead progress, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to support deal closure.
  • Assist senior sales team in proposal follow-ups and closure support.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Lead generation skills, including identifying new leads and qualifying prospects through telecalling and follow-ups.
  • Market research abilities to gather information on potential customers, industry segments, and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and Hindi, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Sales capabilities, including basic negotiation, objection handling, and coordination with the sales team to close opportunities.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call tracking systems to manage and report on leads.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage high call volumes, and maintain professionalism under time-bound targets.
