Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and manage customer relationships in the steel manufacturing sector. This role requires 1-4 years of experience in field sales or territory management, particularly in TMT products. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Think of this role as being the bridge between the company's high-quality steel products and the customers who need them, ensuring a smooth and profitable connection.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities within an assigned territory to meet monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (like a tailor suggesting accessories to complement an outfit).
  • Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities and product expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics) to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  • Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1-4 years of experience in field sales or territory management, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of TMT products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (think of a skilled diplomat turning conversations into successful deals).
