Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: Package 3-5 Lakh pa+ Expenses will be separate. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, expand market coverage, gather customer feedback, and ensure timely reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:1. Revenue Generation

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets as per assigned region/territory strategy.
  • Promote company products and drive business growth across the territory.

Brand & Customer Relationship Management:

  • Effectively engage with practitioners/customers regarding the company's product range and its applications.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, highlighting product quality and benefits while promoting products and quoting prices.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Market Coverage:

  • Conduct daily sales calls as per territory plan to ensure maximum market coverage.
  • Promote the complete product portfolio across HQ, EX, and Outstation markets.
  • Identify, plan, and execute strategies to create new customer accounts.

2. Customer Feedback & Market Insights

  • Provide market inputs for PND (Product Needs Document) based on feedback from KOLs and customers for new product development.
  • Support PMCF and PMS processes as required.
  • Collect product/sample feedback from customers and communicate insights to headquarters for continuous improvement.

3. Reporting & Planning

  • Submit monthly coverage plans before the start of each month (last week of previous month).
  • Submit secondary sales data (hospital-wise) by the 10th of every month.
  • Ensure expense reports reach the office before the 5th of each month.
  • Share daily visit reports on time.
  • Prepare quarterly sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant sales experience (medical device / healthcare preferred)
