Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet company targets. Key responsibilities include pitching travel packages, understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Sales, Communication, and Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with excellent Negotiation and Persuasion skills
- Experience in Travel Services and Industry Knowledge is highly advantageous
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving aptitude, and teamwork capabilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to work on-site at the Ahmedabad office
- Prior experience in travel sales roles preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is desirable
