We are seeking for a Highly Motivated & passionate Field Sales Executive for a Startup Edtech Company to expand its business inDelhi & Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and engage higher education institutions (universities, colleges, autonomous institutes).
- Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs, certifications, labs, digital platforms, CoEs, etc.) to academic leadership (Directors, Deans, HODs, Management).
- Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and MoUs for institutional clients.
- Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation product demo negotiation closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Number of new institutional partnerships signed
- Revenue generated per quarter
- Conversion rate from leads to closures
- Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
- Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality)
