Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with a strong Modern Trade background to join our sales team at the NSP location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in Modern Trade accounts (supermarkets, chains, key accounts)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and correct merchandising at outlets
- Execute promotions, schemes, and in-store activities effectively
- Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and ensure timely replenishment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales
- Experience in GT (General Trade) is not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with good analytical and reporting abilities
- Willingness to work in the field and manage multiple accounts
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Modern Trade operations and key retail chains
- Ability to execute trade marketing initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales reporting
