Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, pitch services, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should understand service-based selling and be comfortable dealing with corporate clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Pitch SWORKS services (video production, event coverage, branding, podcasts, etc.)
- Convert inquiries into meetings and closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Coordination
- Understand client requirements and brief internal teams accordingly.
- Coordinate with operations and creative teams for smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during sales stages.
Follow-ups & Closures
- Timely follow-ups on proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
- Close deals and ensure advance payments are received.
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain daily sales reports and lead status.
- Update CRM / Google Sheets with lead progress.
- Share weekly performance updates with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in sales / business development (agency, media, events, or service industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of creative / production services (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and disciplined work ethic.
