Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients interested in equity, commodity, and currency advisory services, and explain suitable short-term and long-term investment plans. The role involves conducting regular follow-ups, building strong relationships, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through calls, meetings, and presentations. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting defined sales targets, handling client queries, and coordinating with internal advisory and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service. The position also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, gathering market and client feedback, and representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products clearly and listen actively to client needs.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with experience working toward targets or revenue goals.
- Basic understanding of capital markets and investment products (Equity, MCX, NCDEX, Currency), or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions, field visits within Rajkot as required, and professional presentation skills.
- Ability to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, broking, wealth management, or investment advisory sales is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment while upholding ethical standards.
