Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Technical Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct product demonstrations, and explain the technical features and benefits of The Recreus Lab's recycling machines and solutions. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating trials or pilot setups, and following up to close sales while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The Technical Sales Executive will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design, pricing, and installation planning. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, collecting customer feedback, preparing sales reports, and representing the company at exhibitions, trade shows, or customer visits.
Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand mechanical or industrial equipment, recycling systems, and on-site processing setups.
- Proven sales or business development experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical features into clear business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on consultative selling, problem-solving, and providing after-sales support.
- Comfort with fieldwork and site visits, including preparing and delivering live demonstrations and handling basic product troubleshooting for clients.
- Good analytical skills for preparing quotations, cost-benefit analyses, and sales reports using common office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales.
- Interest in sustainability, recycling, and circular economy concepts; prior experience in environmental, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
