Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Field Sales Executive will identify and visit prospective customers, including homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers, to present Di System's smart home and dome automation solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, updating reports and CRM tools, coordinating with technical and installation teams for site surveys and project handover, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The Field Sales Executive will also gather market intelligence, participate in local events or exhibitions, and represent the brand professionally in the field.
Qualifications
- Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in home automation, consumer electronics, construction, or related technology products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders in the local market.
- Comfort with using mobile apps, CRM tools, and basic office software for lead management and reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while managing time and territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally within and around Rajkot for client meetings, site visits, and events.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in smart home technology, IoT, or automation solutions is desirable.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
