Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our platform's offerings, and driving sales to support business growth. The role involves cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additional tasks may include market analysis, generating leads, and contributing to strategic sales plans.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, account management, and customer relationship building
  • Negotiation and Persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and manage contracts effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written interactions
  • Market Research and Analytical abilities to identify trends and explore new sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and basic office software
  • Ability to work independently while meeting goals and deadlines
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or the manufacturing industry is a plus
