Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Field Sales and Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in IT product sales to drive business growth in the Jaipur market. The role involves field-based client acquisition, product demonstrations, and closing sales for IT products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Visit companies, corporate offices, educational institutes, and training centers for IT product sales.
  • SellIT products, including software solutions, SaaS products, ERP/CRM systems, web-based applications, cloud solutions, and IT tools.
  • Conduct field visits to prospects, SMEs, enterprises, and institutional clients.
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate IT products.
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve assigned product-wise and revenue-based sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business and institutional clients.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales activity reports.
  • Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Experience selling IT products to corporations, colleges, schools, or institutes.
  • Existing B2B corporate or institutional client network in Jaipur.
  • Experience in selling software products, SaaS platforms, or licensed IT products.
  • Knowledge of pricing models such as subscription-based, annual licensing, and renewals.
  • Understanding of product positioning, value proposition, and ROI selling.
  • Ability to explain product features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers.
  • Experience in handling objections, renewals, and product upgrades.

Skills Required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT product sales / IT field sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales closure mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and nearby regions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
