About the Role SHFT-IN is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in the co-living or organized PG sector. As we expand our footprint, we require a professional who understands the nuances of the managed accommodation industry and can effectively communicate the value of our living spaces to working professionals and students.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead inquiry to final move-in and documentation.

  • Conduct professional property site visits and present SHFT-IN's amenities and community benefits effectively.
  • Achieve monthly occupancy targets through proactive lead follow-up and pipeline management.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor pricing to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new residents by coordinating with the operations team.

Required Qualifications Minimum 1–3 years of direct sales experience specifically within the co-living, student housing, or hospitality real estate sectors.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on high-conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a corporate environment.
