Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and cultivating strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client accounts, building strategic partnerships, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to support the overall development efforts of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Capability to identify and develop strategic business opportunities
  • Knowledge of the education or online tutoring industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work in an on-site team environment
