Role Description

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting tailored solar solutions, following up on leads, and closing sales deals. The role also involves coordinating with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and providing after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore North.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in selling and negotiation, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong customer relationship management and client-facing communication skills
  • Knowledge or experience in renewable energy, particularly solar solutions, is highly desirable
  • Technical understanding of solar energy systems and ability to learn the technical aspects of products
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to create customized solutions for clients
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Tamil; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu as require
