The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives as defined by the management.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and address client needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
