Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Promote food testing services and the sample pickup app to prospective customers

Onboard new customers onto the app and assist with scheduling sample pickups

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Coordinate with the proposal team for timely submission of proposals

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes

Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain records

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager via Salesforce.com

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferably in science); sales or marketing qualification is desirable

Experience in a sales role, preferably in food testing, laboratory, or related industry

Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics

Proficient in Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Willingness to travel extensively
