Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to efficiently increase site visits.
  • Promptly follow up on scheduled appointments and arranged site visits.
  • Follow company script guidelines and detailed briefs to conduct calls effectively.
  • Generate leads through active and passive databases.
  • Mine leads from campaign calls landing in the call center.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to schedule client appointments and achieve conversions.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.
