THE ROLE-

You'll attend people's queries for the kind of stays that create memories whether it's a family reunion, a creative retreat, or a romantic escape. This isn't about selling it's about understanding people, their travel goals, and matching them to a space that feels just right. You'll connect curiosity with comfort, and transactions with trust. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where everyone wears multiple hats sales, guest relations, and experience design working together to bring Seclude's hospitality philosophy to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Respond to inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email; understand guest needs and recommend the right Seclude stay or experience.
• Engage with guests and B2B partners (corporates, travel agents, wellness retreat planners) to drive bookings and conversions; familiarity with OTA platforms is a plus.
• Maintain and nurture long-term connections with guests and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate booking details, smooth communication, and timely resolution of guest concerns.
• Travel when required for meetings, confidently showcasing Seclude's offerings.

QUALIFICATION-

• 13 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Both English & Hindi)
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound queries confidently and familiarity with B2B sales
• Knowledge of OTA platforms (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills
