Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting School Dost's products and services, and negotiating contracts. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, creating sales proposals, and achieving sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research, understand customer needs, and generate leads
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in educational technology, school management solutions, or similar fields is advantageous
  • Result-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
