Paytm - Sales Executive (Life Insurance)
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Executive specialized in Life Insurance to join our dynamic team at Paytm in New Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months -2 years of experience in insurance sales who are eager to develop their career and contribute to our company's success by providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and conduct need-based selling of life insurance policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Navigate through policy options to provide clients with tailored insurance solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and enhancements in the life insurance sector.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to monitor business performance.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, services, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, applications, and administrative procedures associated with sales operations.
Secondary Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating product benefits and convincing potential clients.

Experience Range:
