Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and align customer needs with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding of market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a strong advantage
