The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and client referrals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct property/site visits and deliver professional sales presentations.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate recurring business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate industry movements.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate with the internal team for inventory updates, client meetings, and sales support.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 14 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of real estate projects, property types, and local Noida market.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
